Who Are We?
Life Wise Choices Health Coalition (LWCHC) is a nonprofit organization established on September 12, 2005, as a subsidiary of TBSCM, Inc. LWCHC obtained its 501(c)(3) status in April 2025.
LWCHC is dedicated to providing health education, training, and resources to the community’s residents, health care professionals, and health educators.
A Not for Profit Organization
In alignment of the health initiative started by First Lady Michelle Obama, to reduce and prevent the occurrence of childhood obesity; and a commitment to the alarming rising occurrence of the disease of Diabetes, LWCHC continues to focus on the health disparity of Diabesity and other health disparities in children and adults.
Our mission
LWCHC is continuing to develop various programs, which includes camps, educational workshops, and health related seminars, etc. to be conducted throughout Orange County and the City of Orlando; with an emphasis in the areas/populations, which have a higher predisposition to the disease
